The very detailed sculptural dragons head is made of cold cast resin hand-painted in dark gray. He holds metal and frosted glass globe lighting fixture that comes with a 40 watt light bulb. Gorgeous in a hallway, library, or any place in your home, it can also be hung outside in an area protected from the elements like a covered porch, though it is not recommended for exposed outside areas.
The glass globe is removable to access/replace the bulb. It pulls off with spring clips inside holding it in place. Remove GENTLY and I recommend doing it over a bed or padded surface just in case you drop it - it is glass and can be shattered. To replace, make sure you have all clips inside the rim of the globe and gently push it back into place. See photo above.
Altogether, this wall lantern is about 16 inches high, 9 inches wide, and 11 inches deep with a UL listed standard (US) plug on a 4-foot cord. Could be hard-wired by an electrician as well.
