Parasol measures 26 1/4 inches from handle to tip when closed and is about 30 inches wide when opened. The turned wood handle is 5 inches long and varnished for many years of use. Comes in a matching net case. Not waterproof, it is designed as a decorative accessory or sun screen. Metal mechanism for durability, the stays are tipped with wood and the shaft is wood as is the varnished 2 inch tip.
