Toe Shape	Extreme Ballet Toe Shoe. Not recommended for those with toe issues (ingrown toe nails, etc.). Square toe shape can fit most toe widths. Those with very a wide toe box may want to go up at least 1 size from your normal shoe size.
Width	Average width. Should fit those who wear narrow or average width. If your foot is wide, go up 1-2 sizes above your normal shoe size.
Fit	Due to extreme height of heel without a platform, this style creates a high arch of your foot. You may find going up 1-2 sizes more comfortable, especially for extended wear.
